These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Zegs Consulting, a division of ZegsGroup LLC (“Company”). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Scope of Services
Zegs Consulting provides advisory, audit, SEO, and risk management-related services under ZegsGroup LLC. Service scope is defined per engagement and documented in any applicable agreements or proposals.
2. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes
Results may vary based on client circumstances, market conditions, and implementation decisions. We provide advisory recommendations based on data-driven analysis. Implementation decisions remain with the client.
3. Payment Terms
Services must be paid as agreed prior to execution. No refunds will be issued after service delivery unless otherwise stated in writing in a separate agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
ZegsGroup LLC and its advisory division Zegs Consulting are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party breaches. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered under the applicable engagement.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services. Clients are responsible for implementing recommended controls, configurations, and operational changes within their own environments.
6. Intellectual Property
All reports, frameworks, methodologies, and materials produced during an engagement remain the intellectual property of ZegsGroup LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
